Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actress and singer. Most famously, she is known for her role as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama, and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). In 2015, she was in the character of Jerrica Jem in the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey was a part-time performer for ten years in Orlando Repertory Theatre. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speakers for the class of 2012. Harvard University accepted her but accepted her entry two times in order to take on her part in Nashville. Peeples was a character in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2012) Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples was a part of two TV-produced movies: Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). The Good Mother was her character. Layla Grant, a major character in The Good Mother, a Nashville second season drama. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the most skilled actors who are under the age of 20 in September 2014.
